Leon’s Last Sabbatical Leave
汝樑教學的最後一次休假年
In 1993, Leon took his sabbatical leave from Old Dominion University and moved to a newly founded university: The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), regarded as the MIT in the East. Leon felt at home since Hong Kong is near his birthplace, Dongguan. In both places Cantonese is spoken. While in Hong Kong we were able to visit many relatives in the area.
