三代同堂
In 1966, my parents emigrated from Taiwan to the United States because their four children were all there. My parents lived with us for about two years. During their stay, we had our third child, Cindy, in 1968. My father, a physician in Taiwan, studied by himself to become a licensed physician in the United States after taking exams with people who were half his age. My parents then moved near where my father worked in a Pennsylvania hospital.
