Visiting Sequoia National Park

In April 2006, after attending my high school reunion in Los Angeles, we had lunch with college classmates who lived nearby. Leon reported on the progress in planning the 2007 reunion in Taiwan. We then visited Mark, Sally, and Jason in California and traveled to Sequoia National Park, where we were impressed by the trees, more than a thousand years old and still standing tall and full of life. In contrast, our lives are so brief. It turned out to be Leon’s last sightseeing trip.
